Track One

Volunteer as a Mentor

For professionals — across any industry — who want to give back. Share an hour a month, run a workshop, or commit to a 1:1 mentorship. We'll match you with a young man and support you both the whole way.

· Minimum 6-month commitment
· DBS check & light onboarding
· Optional Saturday run attendance

Track Two

Refer a Young Person

For schools, parents, youth workers — or young men referring themselves. We work with 15 to 20 year olds across Tower Hamlets and surrounding boroughs. No application is too informal.

· School & youth service partnerships
· Parent / guardian referrals
· Self-referral always welcome
